Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged during transit, or incorrectly supplied, Swift Deals will cover the cost of replacement or return shipping where applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made or personalised products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, clearance items, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is required due to a fault, damage, or an error on our part.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and advise whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item.
