At Swift Deals, we aim to dispatch all orders quickly and provide reliable shipping both within Australia and internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are typically dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). During busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.
Australian Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers including Australia Post and other courier services.
Delivery times vary depending on your location, however most Australian orders arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. As a general guide:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–12 business days
- Other countries: Delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, parcel size and weight.
Some larger, bulky or heavy items may exceed our automated shipping limits.
If shipping is unavailable at checkout, or you require larger quantities than our online checkout allows, please contact us at swiftdeals88@gmail.com for a personalised shipping quote. We can often provide a more economical freight solution for larger or international orders.
International Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges
International orders may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated, these charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Swift Deals has no control over these charges and cannot estimate the amount that may be payable. We recommend contacting your local customs authority if you require further information before placing your order.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional shipping charges before they can be re-sent.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
